And I agree that there's an obvious difference in intention. I'm absolutely not saying that Conan is doing anything like Noall.
I just think it reminds me that we can be more respectful and understanding and consider what we bring up. Even in the situation you mentioned (about your HS friend who died and the family was uncomfortable answering questions) there was some discomfort with having to deal with that.
Maybe it's because I'm younger and Dowis is just once of so many now-faceless opponents we've played over the year so doesn't stand out to me as someone I'd absolutely need an update on - which makes it seem unnecessary to bring up his dirty laundry.
