He was a student at BYU at the time of the incident.

I honestly have no idea - but how many kids do you know are attending school at BYU and are mentally impaired? I mean - they may have some programs for kids with mental disabilities, but I'm not sure kids with mental disabilities are part of the general student body*.

(*I have to admit - there are posts on CB at times that make me question this belief about mental impairment and BYU enrollment...)
