And how do you know that? You offered two reasons 1. He must be mentally challenged because why else would someone assault the cheerleader (your words, not mine, but have you really spent much time around sports fans, particularly college-aged ones?); or 2. You know he's mentally handicapped because you saw him (from some distance, I might add), and you're just sure of it.
