Worked at the mental hospital in SE Provo for five years. Call it a misdiagnosis but he looked DS to me

That was the only reason I could think of as to why anyone would jump the rail and do what he did. Then, when they pulled up from the ground, he seemed oblivious that he did anything wrong.

Maybe BYU has gotten stricter since then?

BTW: BYU has had students enrolled with DS before. They must first be evaluated to see if they can operate on a required level.
