Imagine Texas tried another shade of orange.
Is it theoretically possible that a different shade would look better? Sure. But it’s not Texas.
We changed to navy and tan in the late 90s when everyone decided to move away from tradition to ridiculous dumb looking logos.
Think of the Jazz, the Sonics, the Pistons, the Anaheim Angels, the 76ers, the Washington Wizards, etc.
They’ve all gone back to their roots.
BYU’s color is royal. So we should ditch the Navy.
