BYU has historically had both Navy and Royal uniforms dating backore than 50

Years. They even had orange foe a time in the 40's. None of the colors of uniform that we have today are off brand. I agree that royal is my favorite but I don't see any issues with having alternate uniforms like many teams do. It is not uncommon at all throughout the sport. BYU's website lists navy as the school's primary color and royal as secondary.
