That’s what i have. My monthly cost is 80 bucks a month.
12k max out of pocket, 6k Deductible. I max out my HSA each month (600). Plus, I have 5k in saving if we half to hit the max out of pocket.

Yeah, like when the price of a "regular" surgery went from $1,200 to $10k within a year of the ACA. Graft is everywhere.
