It sounds like a Cadillac plan. But still expensive.
I just started a new job. I’m going the route of the high deductible health plan. Employer gives me $100/month (to my Health Savings account). I pay $247/month for family coverage, and then add extra to my HSA per month. Maximum out of pocket is $5,600 per family per year ($2800 individuals).
Everything is covered at 100% after meeting the deductible.

Yeah, like when the price of a "regular" surgery went from $1,200 to $10k within a year of the ACA. Graft is everywhere.
