Depends on the job. But if you go out in public you can see that there are employee shortages with your own eyes. Both
of my high school sons got hired on the spot when they went to interview for jobs - first job for both of them. To say employers are full of it would be to suggest they all 1) don't really want to hire people but spend the time and money to advertise job openings anyway, and 2) all conspired together to push this narrative...and for what reason?
