Mid-level is tight too. Hard to find many candidates. I interviewed someone the
other day and the hiring manager said they did all they could, but the individual was the only option. They were meh on him, but don't really have a choice but to hire him at this time. This is G&A for a tech company that has great benefits. I hear tech talent is super tight and competitive right now too.

Depends on the job. But if you go out in public you can see that there are employee shortages with your own eyes. Both
