The pac-12 has terrible football coaching

They have a decent talent base, but the head coaches are terrible. Only whittingham and maybe cristobal are any good. They may get 6 new head coaches this off season. They had a terrible commissioner as well, and the new guy they hired this year is very entrepreneurial and creative. The previous guy was a fat-car that did nothing. I see them as a sleeping giant.
