Anything "Woke" goes to Crap.
Product on the field: Subpar and should be better with the money they get.
Fans at their money making sports: Declining rapidly
Pac12 commisioner and league front office money = 1 equal share with the schools. . . This one will always baffle my brain.
Football recruits from the "WOKE" portions of the conference = Declining, California use to have the most blue chip recruits year in and year out. Now the entire Pac12 blueprint produces fewer blue chip recruits than either Florida or Texas.
Quick analysis of Football blue chips vs House of representatives(population) in 2020:
Florida: 59 vs 27
Texas: 54 vs 36
Georgia: 36 vs 14
California: 30 vs 53
Arizona: 9 vs 9
Utah: 3 vs 4
Colorado 2 vs 7
Oregon: 0 vs 5
Washington 7 vs 10
Quick shout out to the Cal Golden Bears who rarely go to a bowl game, and have only had 1 noteworthy year in the last 30 years. It takes a special level of "Woke" culture to become that bad. I don't know a school that has done less with more than Cal-Berkeley.
Pac-12 Pros:
School donations, they get more in school donations for being woke and having proud alumni. Their Woke advertisements and alliance to play games Home for home with the historically black colleges will probably net them millions.
The non-revenue sports: They turn out better fan participation and TV viewership for their non-revenue sports than most conferences.

Unfortunately no. People still love sports more than they should and once the ebb becomes a flow they'll be fine.
