It's more about the trend. If Utah wins the South...again...and starts off as the favorite again

next year, you start looking at Utah isolating itself as the top program over the last 5 or so years. At least in terms of performance, win totals, division titles, H2H.

It's not just winning. Utah is beating the other schools handily. It's looking like a clear separation.

BYU beating Utah was great. Dominating the P12 this year has to feel awesome for BYU fans.

But it's still an isolated game and season. I think BYU is trending well and will continue to play well.

But overall records vs. Utah and the P12 still need some work.
