Maybe it's just what we want to believe. It definitely was fun to see us handle you guys, especially up front, as well as to see you lose to sdsu. Utah looks much better in most games since (Arizona and osu being exceptions). Maybe in-state recruiting contributes to the narrative, but I don't think most of us look too much into Utah's recruiting.
Summary: Utah is down a little, but probably not as much in recruiting as we like. The whole PAC is down even more and so this team has as much shot at the Rose as some of your better teams
