Umm. Utah isn't having a down year in recruiting

Carson Tabaracci just barely announced his commitment with offers from Notre Dame, USC, Ohio State, UCLA, Oregon, Michigan, Stanford, Nebraska, etc.

Utah's recruiting is at least as good as the past two years, and maybe slightly better, with more recruits to come. I see no evidence of Utah having a down year in recruiting.
