Do we need to improve talent in the Dline well of course but our hands were
tied recruiting successfully in this position without being in a P5 conference. It’s certainly has to get better and that process has already started.
In regards to the current team, in all actuality no one is a full time started, they switch out d-lineman all the time. You’ve got to be 7-8 lineman deep.
Now in regards to injuries, those that I know included Lorenzo which yes was a big loss, Batty missed a couple of games and so did Uriah. There were others but I can’t remember off the top of my head. Mariner was another as well.
Every position on the defense was hit with injuries, it’s been crazy but yes linebackers were the biggest hit but we suffered every where on defense with injuries.
