Have an attorney send a letter to BYU Idaho
Indicating that his client has been instructed by his physician to not use his eyes while his traumatic injury heals, yet his instructors are not providing him reasonable accommodation for his current disability. If his desire to not fail out a college contributes any way to permanent blindness that he will be forced to sue BYu Idaho and the teachers individually for damages…Which obviously would include loss of future earnings and Ongoing daily care.

Obviously, I’m not familiar with Idaho tort law, but that should at least wake the school up.
