Recovery was agony. Basically you have to sit up straight and be absolutely motionless for like 5 days so the blood can settle from gravity. Stare straight ahead sitting straight up for 5 days. That's torture. Especially because I for one can't sleep sitting up in a chair.

Can't tolerate sitting up motionless, need to look around with your eyes? result=blindness
