different and unique - unlike anything or what anyone else is doing anywhere. Invent our own style and our own culture....like for example my idea discussed earlier about a deep bass and drumline fusion (think EA SPORTS NCAAFB 2014)... Something cool, and unique and snappy, and innovative.

I would love it if we retained this culture of independence and "doing our own thing" as we venture into the Big 12.

I don't want to act like the elites and try to fit in and "make friends"... No... I want to remain independent and autonomous...have an edge about us that is centered on our principles and values combined with our drive for development, innovation, and self-perfection. I'm not saying lets be jerks, actually the opposite, let's be kind and courteous....but lets walk that line with masterful precision - remain punks who don't care about what the elites think about us...refusing to step in line to walk amongst the dead.

Honestly, its the only way i see BYU surviving into Independence long term.
