Played football my freshman year. We were getting smoked and the coach gave me
a chance to play with the A team. I had never played a game in my life until that night. The other team was kicking off and the coach told me to block the kicker.
After the kick, I kept my eye on the kicker to try and keep him getting past me. He sized me and just went full bore and laid me out. Didn’t know what hit me. Went from so excited to get in the game to totally embarrassed.
