If you are in a situation where the estate tax could come into play, whole life
Can be a vehicle to avoid some taxes or something like that. This is what I remember from a webinar I watched 8+ years ago. So take it for what it worth. All I can really remember is that you have to be very rich to have it make a difference or to even consider it. 10+ million or more in net worth kind of rich.
