DON'T LISTEN TO ANSWERS FROM PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW YOU!
Any answer suggesting something is good or bad for you, but someone who only knows you on CB can NEVER give you anything worth reading.
If you're smart enough to have money to spend, you are smart enough to do the research and make a wise decision. Literally millions of people have Whole Life insurance. The suggestion that they've all been duped is absolutely ridiculous. On the other hand millions have chosen other options.
If you don't have the education to make a decision about money, set the money aside in a 0% interest bearing account until you have gained the knowledge. Hopefully your money sitting idle, useless, will bother you enough to invest in learning.
