That's what scholarships are for. Even if you don't get one immediately after HS, you can get multiple scholarships

After the incoming students play instead of study and lose their scholarships. Pretty common actually. It just takes effort to focus when everyone else parties with free money. One child netted 4 digits per semester after all educational costs. It's doable.
