My kids above age 12 are responsible to get themselves to their own activities via bike or ebike.
For younger kids we have to combine activities. One year they will all do dance... then all soccer... then all theater...etc.
I also plan my exercise around their activities. So if I'm dropping off at soccer practice, I'll run there at the park or do cross training exercises. When they were really young I ran them everywhere in jogging strollers to give my wife a break. The kids loved that.
We also just do less... and don't beat ourselves up over attending every game.
Also you can scale back music lessons by getting teachers within walking or biking distance or who will come to you. They may not always be the best teachers compared to ones further away but the tradeoff can be worth it.
There's also times and seasons of life. Running is my hobby and I train for my races in the summer when there is more time for long runs
