And that’s the problem. There is such a small amount of hours in a day and too

many priorities such that actual priorities (like sleep or working out or spending time with children) suddenly don’t happen. So you kind of have to prioritize which priorities don’t get attention. The real problem is how much time we are required to spend at work in our culture.
