With 20 teams, I would not be surprised if the Big Ten gets the Rose Bowl
all to itself as part of the expanded CFP.
They might simply add a PACIFIC scheduling division and then stage a 4-team Conference Championship Tournament, with the top 4 teams.... or 3 division winners and a wild card.
(1)Ohio State v. (4)Penn State or Minnesota in Indianapolis
(2)Michigan v. (3)USC in Las Vegas
Winners play in the Rose Bowl, which becomes an expanded CFP Quarterfinal game, so the Big Ten is guaranteed a team in the CFP semifinals.
