Doing the math, and giving Utah way more credit than they deserve, let’s
say Utah viewership is 50/50. That’s 1.75M. WSU owning 1/4 of the Washington market is 2M people. Taking WSU over Utah is +500,000 viewers.
Though, WSU’s viewership is getting closer to 1/3 when taking into consideration all the WSU fans that attended the satellite campus across the river from Portland. Additionally Utah is probably closer to 40% of the state viewership martlet. So, you’re really looking at WSU having 2.67M viewers vs. Utah’s 1.4M viewers.
