Yes, Cal and Stanford would be willing to share their research grants with B10

No, Cal and Stanford have no money to share with anyone. Cal is already in a big money pit. The only thing Cal and Stanford bring is research reputation. But the B10 already let in Rutgers and Maryland, so research reputation isn't a thing for the B10.
