This is kinda cheesy but at my kids elementary school they put
in a buddy chair on the playground. The idea being if someone sits in it they are looking for someone to play with.
But from all accounts it works. And it created an atmosphere of inclusion at the school. Things aren't perfect at the schools but when my son went to a different school this year he really found out that the drama at his school is no where near the bullying and exclusion that was happening at a different school.
