Who cares? What does it have to do with this thread? He asked for advice
and I gave it to him.
If his kid has been eating alone at school for 5 months he very well be better off finding a school where that's not allowed to happen. He literally asked the board for advice...

He sits alone at lunch.
He's just lonely and sad.
He's really struggling.
We aren't sure what to do. It affects his behavior at home, he is pretty ornery at home, because he is bottled up so much at school.

I'm sorry you disapprove of my advice. But I stand by it. Parents have more options than banging their head against the wall at the current school. Go find a school that works best for your child.
