Its obvious this was just a convenient pretext to exclude BYU.
At first they said we were excluded because BYU didn't jive with their values (if you can believe discrimination is a value I guess).
But that sounded too much like bigotry so they scrambled to find another excuse they could use to cover their bigotry. And voila, out of nowhere we started hearing the "researc institution" eye-roller.
Adding the Ewe over BYU made no sense unless you see the hate some of those schools have for actual values, and institutions who espouse values.
Have fun on the Titanic, yewts! Love seeing all you who rubbed this in our face go down with the conference in disgrace. Better yet, glad the PAC you were so eager to use as a symbol of your superiority end up as the millstone that drags you back to MWC 2.0!
