That is what typically determines how difficult your experience will be (if it’s somewhat of a ranked grading system)
And I would venture to say there’s not many undergraduate bodies in the country that are more motivated and focused then at BYU.
Ive had brothers do undergrad at Harvard, Stanford, ND, Columbia and all agree BYU is the hardest school to excel at (for undergrad) because you’re competing against a lot of very focused and motivated kids.
Plus the top schools don’t want to beat up their undergrads. Doesn’t serve them well to pump out a bunch of 3.3 pre-meds. I don’t think BYU cares about that one bit. A lot more survival of the fittest.
