Well,he's entirely right regarding fans whining about officials.
It's crazy how common it is.
I think it's not just a BYU thing, however. People love to complain and assign blame for failures on things that can make someone else the bad guy.
They hate me because of my gender.
They hate me because of my race.
They hate me because of my religion.
They hate me because of my sexual preference.
It goes on and on.
BYU lost because the officials were bad.
