1. If BYU were worth $75M in a media deal, we'd have invites from the SEC and B1G. We'd also not have been turned down in 2015, considering at that point the Big 12 media deal was closer to $20M per team. I like BYU, but evidence would suggest BYU isn't worth anywhere near $75M in media rights

2. Media rights value and viewership don't always go hand in hand. Oregon draws substantially more viewers than UCLA...but FOX wanted UCLA and doesn't want Oregon.

BYU has a lot of potential as far as viewership...but the numbers are what they are. I do think the added prestige and awareness of being in a P5 will bump us up though, and I'm excited to track that
