...and he's had some hiccups along the way to deal with pertaining to coordinators who maybe weren't fully up to the job (Detmer and Tuiaki) but has made smoking hot decisions in replacing them and then in filling out the position coaching positions for the most part. I like the depth of coordinator level experience we have on both sides of the ball. Arod has Fesi and Steve Clarke who both have prior OC experience and Hill has KPop. That kind of depth of experience and knowledge has been really good for player development and in teh case of the offense good when Arod replaced Grimes and they didn't skip a beat.
I think we're in a good place with football and if we get any kind of up-tick in recruiting from being in the Big 12 we're only going to get better.
