The beauty of the BigXII is that you can say that same thing about all the
schools. Looks at KU--they had a great year, but usually they are terrible. Same with WV, but in reverse--had a terrible year, but usually pretty decent. So, why can't BYU compete against TT/WV/KU/KSU every year.
The only school I think is a regular top performing team is Okie St. Other than them, every school is bad half the time in the BigXII.
