No ill give him 3 more seasons that show his young core group of players ...

...continue to grow, develop and build chemistry together. Took a few season due to missions to get here, we're just at the starting phase. Next 3 seasons we'll continue to add talent, grow and develop.

That's what I'll give him 3 seasons for. Just like we gave Kalani 3 more seasons after that disastrous 2017 season and it was a worthwhile investment in him and the team.
