With the transfer portal, the delay won't be as severe. We can and are seeing immediate improvements.

Look at our defensive upgrades just since they came. They convinced 4 star Siale Esera to remain committed despite serious competition from other schools like UCLA. Jay Hill brought that one home. They got AJV, Bagnah, Cravens, Latu, Heckard, and Garrett (not to mention possible commit from Harrison Taggart). That's a much needed upgrade.

But, I really hope they can land some serious talent at DT and safety in this '24 high school class.
