What a crazy day. The weather allowed us to work all but the hottest hours of the day, and I put together a kind of Window Buck Factory in my shop, so much of the work was done out of the sun. I got a new tool today. I have never owned a coil nailer, and I needed one for attaching the steel angle to the the 1 1/2 inch OSB. I got a DeWalt 20v. I think I really like it, but it felt a little like wasted money because I am putting a Steel roof on my house. I guess one of my sheds needs new shingles.
My wife killed it today cutting foam to get ready for the windows. She is such a hard worker. Her Mom and Dad have been out helping us too, and it is so nice to have someone who has a lot of understanding who can help me think through decisions.
Tomorrow we finish the windows, set up the scaffolding and continue building the foam up.
Here is a picture.
Thanks again for all the support and helpful advice I have been getting through Boardmail and on these threads. I really do take them into consideration.
