For me, you have to change your eating style. It's got to be a long-term life
choice. I eat a lot more veggies, I eat more protein. I eat more cheese. Less to zero bread like carbohydrates (I've come to really enjoy the keto bread that is at Costco). Near zero sugar.

I had to find foods I liked that fit those categories.

23 pounds down and looking to lose more.
