I changed the foods I eat. I never went hungry.
I eat eggs, no toast / breads, Greek yogurt, veggies, carrots, apples, drink water (no fruit juices, no soda).
And, I eat chicken, fish, and occasional red meat. No sausage, no bacon.
I do not go hungry and I shed 20 lbs easily.
And I walk 3 miles per day on a treadmill.
