No one expects to land one every year.
One 4 star or high three star every 3 years shouldn’t be too much to ask though. We’ve gone 5 classes in a row with no highly rated QB recruits.

One 4 star every three years? Utah doesn't produce them at that rate, nor LDS talented QBs at that rate.
