Half the team is from Utah, so it makes sense a lot of our QBs would be also. I suppose the key is development once they get here. And when a 4 star LDS kid pops up anywhere, they should be coming to BYU because we recruit them like they are someone we want.
Send coaches to see them and build a relationship in person. Even if it takes airfare to do it. And hotel nights. There should be approval to go recruit like that. And desire.

One 4 star every three years? Utah doesn't produce them at that rate, nor LDS talented QBs at that rate.
