That's not true at all. Jaren Hall had 2 offers- from Utah and BYU.
He was also rated at 84.
Noah Lugo has 18 offers (1 other P4 offer) and is rated at 85. You seem to think that Jaren Hall was some huge recruiting win. It feels like you have a case of revisionist history going on.
