One 4 star every three years? Utah doesn't produce them at that rate, nor LDS talented QBs at that rate.
BYU isn't going to get a non-LDS 4 Star (247 rated) every three years. Those are pretty lofty expectations and reality is, you'll be let down if you expect it.
