I went to a dentist recently for an implant and they tried to sell me to instead have 4 teeth extracted and instead have a bridge placed on there. It was like dealing with a car salesmen. Obviously, this may be apples and oranges and this guy may be exonerated but it also may be another greedy dentist taking advantage of a situation. Putting children under should only be done in rare circumstances.
