Not sure. He did have an anesthesiologist there, so I'd assume the only blame he'd shoulder would be if the
treatment was needed or not. I'm seeing there are conflicting assessments now.
Also, in the video from the first article the attorney from the parents said that crowns don't need to be done on teeth "that are just going to fall out later." And that every expert he's talked to agrees with that. Which is complete hogwash. primary teeth are crowned all the time. I bet most of us have kids who have had primary teeth crowned. Lawyers. Ugh.

This is actually really bad advice. The teeth will fall out, yes, but that doesn't mean they aren't enormously important
