reminds me of my least favorite dental experience, where the dentist told me I had 5 cavities, which I was shocked about. I returned for the filling appointment, had all the work done and then asked, "so how are the cavities", the dentist looked at me and said, you don't have any cavities, so I said, then what did you just do? He said, I replaced all of the mercury fillings since they are dangerous... I kind of just looked at him flabbergasted and asked, so I didn't have any cavities for all this work?, at that point he must have realized from my angry eyebrows that he had lied to me and started explaining that he always replaces the mercury fillings for any of his new patients and why mercury is so dangerous... It made for awkward passing in the hallways at church after that since he was in the ward, but he never saw me in his office ever again.
