2001, we climbed to a top-10 ranking on the back of an undefeated G5 schedule (even before Mississippi St. and Hawaii games). OOC was Tulane, Nevada, Cal, Utah St.

2006, we lost to Arizona and Boston College early and started the season 1-2. OOC wins were Tulsa and Utah St. G5 schedule helped us climb to #16 ranking.

2007, we lost to UCLA and Tulsa and started the season 1-2. OOC wins were Arizona and Eastern Washington. Climbed to #14 after the G5 conference schedule.

2009, great win over Oklahoma (who turned out to be a 7-5 team), but were demolished by Florida St. at home and embarrased at TCU. Other OOC wins were Tulane and Utah St. We handled the balance of our G5 conference schedule - even though some close calls against SDSU, New Mexico and Utah. Finished #12 in the nation.
