I never pulled a single all-nighter through med school (Of course, I earned the "easier" MD as you described it). And if you think med school is hard, you should try a military academy. The academic rigor of Air Force was 10x harder than anything I ever did in med school.

And if you think things are hard now, you better do an easier residency because things get much much worse.
